Refund Policy

At Str8 Up Removals, we aim to provide reliable, high-quality moving services. We understand that plans can change, and this policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or credits may apply.

1. Cancellation Refunds

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled move date will receive a full refund of any prepaid amount.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled move may receive a 50% refund, depending on preparation and scheduling costs.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the move will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your booking at no extra charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee to cover staffing and scheduling impacts.

3. Service Issues

  • If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately.

  • Refunds for service dissatisfaction will be considered case-by-case, depending on the issue and whether we were given a chance to resolve it at the time.

  • Refunds will not be provided for delays or issues caused by traffic, weather, or poor access conditions outside our control.
