By booking a service with Str8 Up Removals, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your move.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our website form.

• A confirmed booking is a commitment to proceed with the job at the agreed date and time.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, breakdowns).

2. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full on the day of the move, unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash and bank transfer.

• Bank transfer payments are subject to 10% GST, while cash payments are GST-free.

• Late payments may incur a fee.

3. Charges

• We charge based on cubic metres and/or hourly rates depending on the job.

• Minimum call-out fees apply.

• Additional charges may apply for long carries, stairs, difficult access, or oversized/heavy items.
